Moroccan Soccer Scandal: Bursting Into Laugher While The National Anthem

While Moroccans were watching the soccer game between the national team and its counterpart from Guinea-Bissau, they couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw on TV many members of the Moroccan soccer game bursting into laugher while the national anthem was being played at the Mohammed V complex in Casablanca.

 This very disrespectful behavior that sparked indignation and anger among several sports and non-sports fans demanded that the players who were missing the lyrics of the national anthem and shamelessly laughing be punished for this act—stressing the need to respect the prestige of the Moroccan anthem and to repeat it instead of laughing in such a situation. Many Moroccans wondered if any of them give a damn about Morocco as most of them already have (the ultimate dream of Millions of Moroccans) a foreign passport in their pockets.

While everybody’s hoping that the players will stop this childish behavior next time, Moroccan Drama continues…
