In the same week, but another Moroccan city, Meknes, another young man killed his mother, a seventy-year-old woman, which caused an uproar on social media.

The residents of the Al-Rahma neighborhood in Casablanca woke up to the screams of many people in the community when they saw one of their neighbors walking through the streets with a head in his hand, not a sheep’s head but a human head, and none than his own mother.
One of the neighbors who spoke to local media about this heinous crime revealed painful and chilling facts, indicating that the perpetrator was stripped of all meanings of humanity by carrying the head of his mother. The latter had carried him for nine months in her stomach and suffered raising him.

In Al-Ain (UAE), the Public Prosecution Office charged a Moroccan woman with murder, who brutally killed her lover, cut him into pieces, then cooked and served them as part of a traditional meal known in the Emirates as "Majboos," which consists of meat and rice.
The woman initially denied any connection with the crime. She later confessed, justifying her action as revenge against her lover, who she had lived with for seven years. He told her that he wanted to leave her to marry another (younger) Moroccan woman.
According to the Emirati media, in her 30s, the Moroccan woman said in the investigation that the crime occurred "in a moment of madness."

Emirati newspapers revealed that Dubai police arrested four Moroccan women after a video clip of them went viral on social media. The video showed them in what appeared to be in a drunken state and showed them assaulting a taxi driver and insulting some bystanders present at a gas station, speaking in a Moroccan dialect.
Dubai Police also arrested the ones of Asian nationality, filming the infamous video. They justified the arrest that “the cybercrime law confirms the criminalization of all participants in such crimes, whether, by appearance, preparation, filming, or retransmission, and that ignorance of the law does not exempt from responsibility.”
